I would also hire landscapers to come in and make sure the grounds looked decent.Once everything was in place, I would go down to the loc al food kitchen and let out with the people that work there to find out more about the homeless people that they feed. I would be careful in my selection, but I would select several homeless people who have fallen on hard times or who seem likely to be able to rive themselves out of homelessness if they were just given a stress-free month or two to get their heads together. I would take them shopping at the discount stores like blessing to make sure they had decent clothes to wear and food to eat and then give them one of my apartments to live in while they got themselves a refreshful joke and worked to find their own home somewhere else so that I can help another homeless person. I would ask these people who have made it out to come back and help at the complex by teaching previously homeless people how to keep things clean, help with job training, help me find jobs for people based on their skills and abilities, etc. Any extra money I had left over would be spent stressful to encourage professionals to come in and work with my people to get them off of drugs, overcome handicaps or take care of other
